Job Summary

  • This role is accountable for the overall leadership, strategic planning, and operational management of the long-term care home while ensuring it maintains compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and organizational standards.

Key Requirements

  • University degree in Health, Gerontology, Business, Marketing or Social Services
  • LTC Administrator Certification (where applicable)
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant health management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary team in unionized environment
  • Working understanding of business planning and KPIs
  • Experience in risk management and continuous quality improvement
