Employees must participate in facility surveys, develop care plans, and manage medication administration including narcotics and controlled substances.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
Current CPR certification required

Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
