Job Summary

  • The Director, Global CRM Technology will own and articulate the global CRM product vision and multi-year roadmap, aligned to Chief Revenue Office strategy, Business Unit needs, regional nuances, and global regulatory requirements.
  • This role will define and execute the strategy to harmonize global Salesforce (SFDC) instances and adjacent commercial systems while assessing organizational readiness for next generation CRM solution and leading the design, build, and phased rollout.
