Job Summary
The Engineering Manager is responsible for design and development of all engineering related activities used in the design, production, and repair of metal detection, or x-ray, or check weigher, or vision systems.
Plan, implement, and manage automated manufacturing systems to improve production efficiency and quality and lead a team of engineers in designing, installing, and maintaining automation equipment.
Develop reports and metrics to monitor individual performance to ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved and develop system design guidelines.
