Job Summary
The role focuses on helping customers maximize the value of their Workday investment through post-go-live support and feature adoption.
Consultants will engage with customers to understand business requirements and provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
The team delivers a variety of services including Feature Adoption Workshops, Health Checks, and Tenant Reviews to stabilize and optimize applications.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years Workday HCM consulting experience
Expertise in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
Experience with US and/or Canada HRIS projects
Ability to deliver feature adoption workshops
Strong system configuration and troubleshooting skills
Nice-to-have
Global implementation experience preferred
Certified or ability to certify in Workday HCM
Experience influencing senior leaders
Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously
Critical thinking for complex technical process issues
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or related experience required
3+ years Human Capital Management software support or consulting
3+ years experience with Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
3+ years Workday Consulting experience or SME status
