The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and monitoring vital signs while maintaining a calm and positive environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA

Create warm and positive atmosphere
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Participate in regular nursing meetings
Assist with resident transfers and packing
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state Certified Nursing Assistant license
Minimum 10th grade education required
