The successful candidate will own retention goals, drive net revenue retention targets, and identify new expansion opportunities within Solera's automotive solutions suite.
You will act as the primary point of contact for complex escalations while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Marketing teams to champion customer needs.
