Hitachi High-Tech America, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer I-IV to support its Semiconductor Equipment Division in Hillsboro, OR. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, particularly in semiconductor processes, and will be involved in process development and optimization for advanced etching technologies

Job Summary

  • This position supports the Semiconductor Equipment Division by providing process engineering for Reactive Ion Etch (RIE) equipment to the semiconductor industry.
  • Candidates will join teams supporting advanced process nodes (2nm, 14A, 10A and beyond) in FEOL and BEOL dry etch modules.
  • The role requires hands-on development, research, and evaluation to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements for current and future technology processes.

  • Minimum travel required (<5%)
