  • Lead and coordinate the production team to achieve the production schedule, output targets, yield efficiencies, and top-quality products promptly.
  • Develop, revise, and review SOPs as needed for routine production activities and lead team training and development.

Key Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience managing people

  • Degree/Diploma in Science/Pharmaceutical/Engineering
