Job Summary

  • Serves as the operational backbone of the client service team, maintaining comprehensive account knowledge and ensuring all internal documentation is accurate, organized, and accessible.
  • Supports the Account Executive by managing administrative and process-driven aspects of marketing and placement, coordinating with internal teams and insurance carriers.
  • Ensures service excellence across the full insurance lifecycle, enabling the client-facing team to focus on strategy while guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, and a seamless client experience.
