Job Summary
Our Customer Support Consultants are the direct line between IDEXX and our customers, developing deep and meaningful relationships and offering solutions to meet unique needs.
In this role, you will instruct on the use of in-house diagnostic analyzers, coordinate equipment installations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure consumables are ordered.
