Job Summary

  • Our Customer Support Consultants are the direct line between IDEXX and our customers, developing deep and meaningful relationships and offering solutions to meet unique needs.
  • In this role, you will instruct on the use of in-house diagnostic analyzers, coordinate equipment installations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure consumables are ordered.
