This role is responsible to manage several topics of Utilities, contribute to plant availability, compliance with EHS/Quality standards and energy efficiency.
Oversee the activities of specialized external technician and participate in projects involving the installation of new machines or systems in the utilities area, covering mechanical and electrical aspects.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
at least 1 years experience
managing maintenance within modern industrial environments
pharmaceutical, chemical, or FMCG experience preferred
Good leadership skills
Knowledge of engineering principles and safety regulations
Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
