Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources within one or more job sites, including employee relations, talent management, talent acquisition, and learning.
Partner with senior project management to manage and administer various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
Conduct investigations into matters such as allegations of harassment or discrimination and serve as liaison with outside counsel on employment-related matters.
