  • Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources within one or more job sites, including employee relations, talent management, talent acquisition, and learning.
  • Partner with senior project management to manage and administer various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
  • Conduct investigations into matters such as allegations of harassment or discrimination and serve as liaison with outside counsel on employment-related matters.
