Job Summary

  • Support the global roll out of a new electronic Quality Management System (QMS), from preparation, through Go-Live and post implementation support.
  • Liaise between central project team and local team, manage training, and act as a point of contact for user application issues.
  • Adhere to quality standards, policies, and procedures in alignment with regional/local regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Science or related discipline
  • Experience in healthcare/logistics industry
  • Experience with introduction of new quality management system
  • Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience working in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
