Job Summary

  • Lead the planning and execution of small to medium-sized events for EU Institutions, translating event objectives into engaging, inclusive, and sustainable experiences.
  • Work with the creative team to implement creative concepts that enhance audience engagement and stakeholder impact, within budget constraints, promoting sustainability, accessibility, and inclusivity in all event formats.
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical and financial proposals for tenders and service offers, supporting the growth of our events portfolio through strategic input and market insights.
