You will be responsible for administrative functions including directing nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with policies, and participating in quality assurance programs.
Key responsibilities also include drug administration, personnel management, direct nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan assessment.
