Job Summary

  • At the beginning of each shift, check the production schedule and consult with the outgoing technician for any items of concern.
  • Collect samples from each injection molding machine, secondary process, and print line for the required attribute / dimensional / functional testing per the specified frequency.
  • Notify the Shift Supervisor of any non-conformances that are found and monitor active concerns for prompt resolution.
