Job Summary

• Oversee day-to-day operations and on time delivery of testing services for standard and Companion Diagnostic (CDx) activities, managing equipment, instrument and personnel to meet commitments to clients and department goals.
• Provide managerial leadership to the local department staff, communicating goals and strategy, and ensuring testing quality and on-time delivery.

• Six years experience in a laboratory
• Two years supervisory or management experience
• Expertise in companion diagnostics
• Four years post-baccalaureate pertinent laboratory experience
• Two years in a clinical laboratory with a doctoral director
