Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Registered Graduate Engineer or Professional Engineer with BEM
At least 5 years of building design experience
Familiarity with Malaysian building legislation and standards
Conversant in NFPA, ASHRAE, and authority submission guidelines
