The People Analytics chapter is focused on enabling our people and leaders to make decisions that are informed by accurate, reliable, and relevant insights.
In this role As a People Analytics Advanced Analyst, you deliver macro-level analytics by sourcing, cleaning and modelling HR and workforce data, partnering with stakeholders to set objectives, operationalising models and pipelines, and producing Power BI/Tableau dashboards that provide insights on the current HR experience within the Group and its Business Units.
