Job Summary

• Provide technician-level support for all manufacturing equipment, including adhesive dispense systems, robot gantries, laser cleaners, laser welders, wirebonders, vision systems, torque tools, custom fixtures, and tooling.
• Develop and own a full maintenance program, including setting preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring a proper supply of spare parts, and writing standard operating procedures for maintenance.
• Support engineering teams with line setup and process validation (e.g., gauge R&R testing, process window qualification, NPI validation builds) and failure root cause investigations.
