Job Summary

  • The mission of the STAR Contact Center is to provide knowledgeable, courteous and efficient information to all incoming telephone questions to the Recorder, Elections, Treasurer, Assessor, and to assist callers to the County Switchboard.
  • As the Contact Center Representative, you will answer incoming calls from community members in Maricopa County and efficiently provide correct information, transferring them or finding answers to their questions regarding the Supervisors, Treasurer, Assessor, and Recorder (Elections) departments.

Key Requirements

  • Two years of Administrative and/or clerical experience
  • Six months of call center experience
