Key Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of recruitment experience in chemical, industrial, manufacturing, or energy environments
  • Proven experience supporting plant start‑ups, expansions, or large‑scale hiring ramp‑ups
  • Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing roles, shift‑based hiring, and safety‑critical environments
  • Experience hiring both hourly and salaried plant populations
  • Ability to work on‑site
  • Experience recruiting in Louisiana / Gulf Coast industrial markets (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of US federal grant compliance requirements (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with OSHA, EHS, and regulated manufacturing environments (Preferred)
