• The Talent & Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for full‑cycle recruitment for US‑based positions, with a primary focus on supporting organizational growth and staffing requirements associated with the build‑out and phased workforce ramp‑up of a new chemical manufacturing facility in St. Gabriel, LA.
• The role is accountable for planning, sourcing, and hiring ~130 employees over three years, ensuring the plant is staffed on time, safely, and in full regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

• 5–8+ years of recruitment experience in chemical, industrial, manufacturing, or energy environments
• Proven experience supporting plant start‑ups, expansions, or large‑scale hiring ramp‑ups
• Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing roles, shift‑based hiring, and safety‑critical environments
• Experience hiring both hourly and salaried plant populations
• Ability to work on‑site
• Experience recruiting in Louisiana / Gulf Coast industrial markets (Preferred)
• Knowledge of US federal grant compliance requirements (Preferred)
• Familiarity with OSHA, EHS, and regulated manufacturing environments (Preferred)
