Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years project/change management experience
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Ability to influence without direct authority
Preferred graduate degree with 6+ years relevant experience
Certifications such as PMI, PMP, PRINCE2, PROSCI, ACMP CCMP
