This position is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing MICE & Leisure Sales opportunities in Israel to drive Hotel-, F&B-, and Entertainment-Revenue for the Resort.
The role involves managing MICE-agencies, Wedding Planners, Corporates and Leisure Travel Trade partners, generating new accounts, developing sales channels, and implementing sales-strategies for the Israeli-market.
Key responsibilities include key account management, prospecting new accounts, developing partnerships, conducting site inspections, negotiating contracts, attending trade shows, and coordinating local sales strategies.

Key Requirements
5-10 years hospitality & travel experience in Israel
Proven track record of sales results
Strong knowledge of Israeli Travel- and MICE- Industry
Degree in hospitality, gaming, sales & marketing, or business
Excellent command of English and Hebrew
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong project management and time management skills
