Candidates will be part of a multidisciplinary Crisis Assessment and Treatment Team (CATT) focused on stabilizing individuals and connecting them with ongoing supports.
The organization offers regular training in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, and legal frameworks alongside pathways into leadership roles.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current APHRA registration required
Minimum 12 months acute mental health experience
Strong mental state and risk assessment skills
Unrestricted Victorian Driver's License
Ability to work autonomously in multi-disciplinary teams
Nice-to-have
Previous CATT or EMH experience highly sought after
Experience working within a community team
Demonstrated resilience and compassion
Recovery-focused approach to patient care
Team player with excellent communication skills
Key Requirements
Current unrestricted Victorian Driver's License
Registration with AHPRA
Minimum 12 months previous Acute experience
Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
Proof of current influenza vaccination
