Salary
Base: CI$10.00 - CI$12.00 KYD per hour; Bonus/Equity: plus gratuities; Benefits: comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, wellness programs, local discounts, employee rates on hotel stays

Key Requirements
1-2 years of experience in organizing/leading family entertainment
Previous experience arranging activity programs
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, public speaking skills
Demonstrated enthusiasm, creativity, energy
Strong multitasking and leadership abilities
Basic knowledge of event coordination and safety
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Fluent English speaking, reading, writing
Prior supervisory or lead role in entertainment/activities is a plus
