Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and are responsible for recording vital signs, assisting with personal care, and reporting any changes in resident condition.
The role requires strict adherence to confidentiality policies regarding protected health information and immediate reporting of accidents, incidents, or suspected abuse.

Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
