CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Safety Coordinator to enhance safety practices across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Safety, relevant experience, and strong communication skills to conduct training and audits while promoting safe operations

Job Summary

  • Join our team and play a pivotal role in strengthening safety excellence by empowering frontline teams, leading dynamic monthly trainings across multiple locations, partnering closely with facility leadership in the field, and driving continuous improvement through audits, coaching, and hands‑on support that ensures safe, successful operations every day.
  • This job is primarily responsible for coaching the line organization staff (all roles) on the effective use of safety systems so these systems enable and facilitate the desired distinctive behaviors to achieve Safe Operations.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Safety or equivalent education and training
  • 1 years’ safety experience
  • Experience in people management and training
  • Valid driver's license
  • ASP or GSP, or working towards one
