Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• This role involves administrative duties, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and equipment and supply management to ensure quality resident care.
• The position requires maintaining compliance with policies and procedures, participating in training programs, and fostering a positive, calm environment for residents and staff.
