  • The Polysomnographic Technician is responsible for performing comprehensive Polysomnographic testing and analysis, and associated interventions under the general oversight of a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) and/or the medical director.
  • This is a technical position functioning independently with limited supervision, requiring extensive knowledge and sound clinical judgments.
  • The role involves direct patient care and patient contact on a daily basis, including documenting proficiency in core competencies, arrival preparation, electrode/sensor application, and equipment calibration.
