Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Administer medications, transcribe physician orders, chart nurses' notes, and complete required recordkeeping forms and accident/incident reports.
Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation monitoring, and equipment and supply management to ensure quality resident care.
