Job Summary

  • The Global Process Owner (GPO) team within CAO’s Revenue and Rebates Accounting Operations collaborates closely with Sales and Finance partners, supporting strategic goals like SAP S4 implementation, V4 rebate standardization, and streamlined business practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop process leads and subject matter experts, setting priorities, performance expectations, and growth plans to build sustainable rebate process expertise.
  • Represent the Global Rebate Accounting Standard Practices (GRASP) organization in governance forums and partner with CAO Rebate Execution teams to shape close strategy as tools and processes evolve.
