The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) oversees the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department for assigned facility or facilities, including the delivery and coordination of direct and indirect services.
This role involves supervising all Rehabilitation personnel, interviewing, hiring, firing, training, and development of staff, as well as implementing new programs to meet clinical and operational needs.
The DOR holds administrative authority and accountability for overseeing the clinical and operational delivery of rehabilitative services, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and quality of care.

Key Requirements
