  • Develop and implement the Risk and Compliance governance structure for the insurance businesses.
  • Coordinate with the 1st line Compliance and the Group Legal to enable the insurance businesses are operating in a strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policy guidelines.
  • Monitor the current insurance regulatory landscape and devise action plans corresponding to changes of regulatory requirements.
