Job Summary
This role is primarily onsite, with the majority of time spent rounding across primary care and specialty practices during standard practice hours, providing hands-on education, training, and real-time clinical support.
You will also collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of 15 educators and partner with operations and ancillary departments to standardize training, implement best practices, and deliver equitable support across all Medical Group regions.
