Job Summary

  • The Assistant Director’s role is to support the 15,000+ students living in the residence halls by collaborating with stakeholders, providing opportunities to foster involvement, civic engagement and student success, to enhance the experience of residential students.
  • This position plays a key role in the continued enhancement and maintenance of HRE’s residentially based curriculum, designed to facilitate an environment that centers student learning and growth.
  • The Assistant Director ensures that StarRez functionality aligns with and supports the residential curriculum by leading system-related projects, coordinating with IT and Housing Administration on configuration and deployment, and maintaining high-level knowledge of the platform.
