Experience with Practice Match software
Nice-to-have
Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP)
Advanced Degree in Healthcare Administration
Experience in Graduate Medical Education (GME)
Strong networking skills with physicians
Ability to work non-traditional hours
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive healthcare recruiting experience
Working knowledge of legal issues surrounding immigration and Visas
Expert proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and data tracking
Familiarity with various medical and surgical clinical specialty areas
