Job Summary

  • Regular monitoring and maintenance of all building services and installations, including heating, water, sanitary, ventilation, and building automation systems, with on-call duty.
  • Carrying out or coordinating maintenance work on buildings, performing minor repairs and installation work, and acting as the point of contact for external service providers.
  • Operating the access control system as well as the burglar and fire alarm system, and creating and managing technical documents and documentation.
