Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Air Operations / Air FinOps
  • Prior experience in leading small teams or acting as SME preferred
  • Must be based in the Philippines
  • Amenable to work during local holidays
  • Willing to work onsite when needed
  • Night-shift work schedule
  • Willing to work on weekends/rotating off
