  • Your mission is to be the primary customer focal point for Innovation & Digital Solutions for assigned accounts regarding customer support and operations, collecting and relaying the "Customer Voice" to internal stakeholders.
  • Key deliverables include timely response and support for customer queries, monthly and weekly reports on regional and client Digital Solutions Support topics, and contributing to support KPIs.
