Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Valid EASA B1 or B2 licence for A330 aircraft
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in aircraft maintenance
Higher Vocational Qualification in Aeronautical Maintenance (TMA)
Ability to perform complex structure repairs for B1 role
Independent troubleshooting within avionics and electrical systems
Nice-to-have
MRTT B1 or B2 qualification
Understanding of Lean maintenance principles
French language skills considered an asset
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
Team leadership experience in maintenance environment
Key Requirements
