Workday is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner to support its Global Finance Organization, primarily partnering with the CFO. The role requires a strategic thinker with extensive HR experience, particularly in advising senior leaders, and is designed for a collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary

  • The People Business Partner (PBP) team advises and leads our most senior level organizations, enabling SVP+ leaders to operate at scale and amplify our values-driven, employee-first culture.
  • You will join a global team of talented People Business Partners supporting our G&A functions, and you will lead the talent strategy for the Global Finance Organization, as the primary PBP to Workday’s Chief Financial Officer (EVP).

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $172,800 USD - $259,200 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $145,900 USD - $259,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants
