Job Summary
You are responsible for owning client relationships, managing client contracts (meeting SLAs & driving renewals), utilizing R1 technology & interfacing with R1 Operations teams to continuously optimize Client KPIs, and seeking upsell/cross-sell/new sales opportunities.
Establish routine metric reporting with Client Managers and Executives, understand R1 technology & workflows; work externally with Clients and internally with Operations to continuously improve KPI performance.

Salary
Base: $85,000.00 - $143,951.77 per year; Bonus/Equity: 10.00% annual bonus plan target; Benefits: competitive benefits package
