  • You will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing an industrial portfolio, and be responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years commercial property management experience
  • Familiarity with building systems
  • Experience preparing budgets and financial reports
  • CA Real Estate License required within 120 days
