Job Summary

  • The Operational Support Analyst assists with daily review and resolution of duplicate records, ticket review, research, documentation verification, and campus-focused reports.
  • This position supports operational and hygiene tasks such as customer changes, org studio, and unassigned tasks as assigned by the Manager of Operational Support.
  • This is a part-time position with up to 20 hours of work per week, not exceeding 1500 hours per fiscal year.
