Lead complex operational processes within a newly established operations team that provides fund administration services for over $700billion in assets across 350+ hedge funds, private equity and large family offices clients.
Develop leaders and build high-performing teams, setting direction and expectations, defining training plans and transfer of expert knowledge.
Serve as a senior client-facing point of contact, proactively managing client communications, setting expectations, and translating client requirements into scalable, well controlled operational workflows.

Base: $93,000 - $140,000 Yr; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary incentive compensation award and bonus component; Benefits: Full spectrum of benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off
