Job Summary
Assist the MGR - SMS Administration in planning, organizing, and administering the implementation of PAL SMS and measuring SMS performance to ensure continuous improvement and compliance to regulatory standards.
Manage and maintain the Safety Management Manual (SMM) and related written safety processes, and administer the Safety Library (AQD), overseeing safety reports, hazard and risk data, and safety modules.
Deliver SMS training programs (online and in-person) and provide SMS guidance across all levels, including executive leadership, and lead safety promotion initiatives.

Key Requirements
