Must-have

Contractor progress and safety monitoring
Technical knowledge of MEP systems
Ability to write Chinese maintenance reports
Nice-to-have
Experience with standby generator systems
Familiarity with UPS and chiller systems
Strong English reading skills for work orders
Previous experience in large-scale facilities
Key Requirements
Relevant building services apprenticeship certificate or qualification
Valid Construction Industry Safety Card (CIS)
Electrical Worker Class A license from EMSD preferred
Hong Kong Driving License Class 1 and 2 preferred
Knowledge of relevant regulations and codes of practice
