Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Associate degree or trade certification
1-2 years field service experience
Read electrical and mechanical schematics
Diagnose basic technical challenges
Maintain vacuum, plasma, hydraulic systems
Valid driver's license required
Nice-to-have
2-4 years customer support experience
Experience with digital analytics tools
Strong written and verbal communication
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work in clean room environments
Key Requirements
Completion of Associate degree or military training
1-2 years work experience in field service
Possession of valid driver's license
Ability to obtain passport if travel required
